Why Healthy Eating Matters

Believe it or not, what we eat affects our health directly and inevitably. I’ve seen that so many times that I’m now convinced that healthy eating recipes are the way to go if you want to be well and to live a life free of pains and illness even at older ages. This is also the main reason I decided to start this website: to tell everybody what is my understanding of healthy living and how this affects my family.

  • How to adapt cooking recipes you find in books or on the internet to fit your living style
  • The likes and hates of my family members concerning this change they had to embrace since I decided that health was more important than almost everything else.

I have a busy schedule, but I’ll try to update this website at least once a week and perhaps I’ll give you some delicious healthy recipes and publish pictures of those meals (if I buy that new camera I didn’t have the chance to get for Christmas).
